This policy explains which personal data is collected through this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

2. Data collected and purposes

  • Quote request form: identity, contact details, company, event details and staffing needs. Purpose: reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Application form: identity, contact details, city, languages, experience, availability, portrait and, optionally, a full-length photo, CV and social media profiles. Purpose: review your application and contact you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and your consent for photographs.
  • We do not collect more data than necessary. Optional fields may be left empty.
  • No candidate photograph is published on the website without a separate written authorisation.

3. Recipients

Data is intended for the CBA Paris team. Forms are processed by our host Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

4. Retention periods

  • Quote requests: up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Unsuccessful applications: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@cbaparis.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

6. Cookies and analytics

The website currently uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. If such a tool is installed later, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested where required by law.
